You should be able to power the Phaser from one of the 100mA outputs on the PP2+. We've had success doing that. In my experience, the specs of the PP2+ vary a bit from unit to unit as to how much current they can actually supply. So short answer is yes. 


Try it out and see how it goes. If your unit isn't able to power it you might have to use either output 5 or 6, or get a current doubling adaptor.
